LUMONZA LLC – SECOND-HAND, AUCTION, AND PAYOUT POLICY

Purpose

This policy defines Lumonza LLC’s full procedure for shipping, packaging, verification, purchasing, and auction operations — all in compliance with New York State Second-Hand Dealer regulations. Our mission is to protect every client and maintain transparency, security, and integrity in all transactions.

1. SECOND-HAND DEALER COMPLIANCE

Lumonza LLC is a licensed second-hand buyer in the State of New York.
License Number: __________ (To be added upon approval).

In accordance with New York State law, Lumonza LLC requires every seller to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID. Copies of identification and item details are securely retained for 15 days for all purchased items, as mandated by law.

Key Requirements:

  • All sellers must upload a clear photo of a valid state ID or passport.

  • Purchased items are securely held for a minimum of 15 days before resale.

  • Retention ensures compliance with anti-theft and verification procedures.

2. SHIPPING LABEL & SECURE PACKAGING

Once approved, Lumonza issues a prepaid insured shipping label with a packaging instruction letter.

Packaging Requirements:

  • Use a strong, sealed box with protective padding.

  • Jewelry and valuables must be placed in tamper-proof bags.

  • Do not label the exterior with brand names or value indicators.

  • Attach the Lumonza-provided shipping label clearly on the box.

  • Failure to comply may void insurance protection.

3. SHIPPING INSURANCE COVERAGE

All items shipped using Lumonza’s official labels are insured via our logistics partner.
This insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during transit — only for shipments made with Lumonza’s label and instructions.
Self-shipped items are not covered.

4. VERIFICATION, APPRAISAL & PAYOUTS

Every item received undergoes a full authentication and appraisal process to confirm authenticity and condition.

If Approved:

Sellers receive an immediate payout offer upon verification. They may choose:

Payout Options:

  • Check – Mailed to the seller’s verified address.

  • Zelle – Instant electronic transfer.

  • Crypto – Coming soon.

If Description Differs:

  • An updated offer will be provided.

  • If declined, seller pays for return shipping or can pick up in person at Lumonza’s 47th Street, Manhattan office (address to come).

5. WHAT WE PURCHASE

Lumonza buys and auctions authentic luxury and collectible items, including:

  • Gold & Silver Jewelry (10k, 14k, 18k, 24k)

  • Watches – Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega, etc.

  • Diamonds – Natural and Lab-Grown

  • Designer Accessories – Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Prada

  • Luxury Bags, Fine Jewelry, Coins, Antiques

  • Rare Artwork and Sculptures

Important:
You must upload clear, accurate photos of each item.
The item must match exactly what is depicted and described.
Misrepresented or counterfeit submissions will not be accepted.

6. RARE & HIGH-VALUE CONSULTATIONS

For unique, high-value, or museum-grade items, Lumonza assigns a dedicated representative to consult directly with the client. This may include antiques, rare artwork, heirloom jewelry, or designer pieces of exceptional value.

A private review and additional documentation may be required to ensure proper security, insurance, and authenticity verification.

7. AUCTION PROCESS & 15-DAY HOLDING PERIOD

Lumonza follows a mandatory 15-day holding period before auctioning any item, as required by law.

Terms:

  • Instant Sale: Paid immediately after verification.

  • Auction: Items held 15 days before being listed.

  • Payout: Within 15 days of auction sale date.

Due to high volume, items may experience brief listing delays.
This policy ensures compliance, transparency, and fairness in every transaction.

8. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

By participating in Lumonza’s sales or auctions, all users agree to this policy in full. Lumonza LLC operates under New York State and Federal Second-Hand Dealer laws, maintaining transparency and security in all dealings.
